1. Skin preparation:
   - Get in a warm shower or hot bath for 10-15 minutes to open the pores and soften the skin.
   - Avoid using soap or other products before exfoliating.
   
   
2. Glove preparation:
   - Moisten the glove with warm water and squeeze out excess water before use.
   
   
3. Exfoliate:
   - Step out from under the water jet and massage the skin with your glove using firm, up and down strokes.
   - Focus on areas of dry or blemished skin.
   - Apply moderate pressure - it's normal to see dead skin cells sloughing off.
   
   
4. Finish:
   - After exfoliation, rinse skin with lukewarm water.
   - Apply an argan oil or moisturizing lotion to soothe and nourish skin.
   
   
5. Care of the glove:
   - After use, rinse the glove thoroughly with clean water.
   - Let it dry naturally in an airy place.

Returns are accepted within 30 days with a full refund, including for tested products. In Romania, returns are free of charge. In Europe, the return is not free of charge and the cost will be borne by the customer.
