2. Glove preparation:
   - Wet the glove with warm water and squeeze out excess water before use.
   
   
3. Exfoliation:
   - Get out of the water jet and massage your skin with the glove using firm, up-and-down movements.
   - Focus on areas with dry skin or imperfections.
   - Apply moderate pressure - it is normal to see dead cells coming off.
   
   
4. Completion:
   - After exfoliating, rinse your skin with lukewarm water.
   - Apply argan oil or a moisturizing lotion to soothe and nourish the skin.
   
   
5. Glove care:
   - After use, rinse the glove thoroughly with clean water.
   - Let it dry naturally in a well-ventilated place.
