1. Preparation: Start your ritual with a bath or shower with only hot water for 5-10 minutes, without using any other products (shower gel or other lotions), other than Beldi Moroccan soap.

2. Exfoliate with the Glove: After rinsing off the Beldi soap, step away from the water. Wet the glove and squeeze out excess water, and exfoliate vigorously in an up and down motion. Watch as dead skin cells are removed. The more pressure you apply, the better the results. (Note: Redness may be normal during this process.)
